Job Description
• Provide quality customer service with polite and good work ethics to all the customers arrive at the studio counter or over the phone.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person or via phone/email.
• Handle the incoming phone calls and provide the first level of support.
• Resolve and follow-up customer enquires or problems efficiently and escalate problems/ issues promptly.
• Assist in contract fill up process when required.
• General admin duties.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Perform work on weekends and PH according to the shift’s schedule.

Store Operator

Job Description
• Conduct lessons professionally and guide customers on the steps for cooking, baking and cake courses
• Proactively initiate and engage customer on relationship building
• Ensure lessons are conducted in fun and positive way by motivate customer during the lesson
• Ensure all equipment, kitchen tools and tables are cleaned after lessons
• Be punctual and well prepared with required ingredients and tools before the lesson begins
• Persuade customers to purchase our lessons to acquire a new hobby, have a better and healthy lifestyle.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties including ingredients stock check, ingredients packing, handle customer complaint, answer phone enquiries etc.

• A good team player
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Flexible to working hours as scheduled during weekdays, evenings and weekends
• Good in time management, customer service and communication skills

• Fluent in English, conversational in Mandarin will be a plus but not a must
• Applicants with sales or culinary background will be an added advantage
